Yellow subject to the provisions of Paragraph (3) and rules, including package
requirements of the governing classification. |

Used commodities or parts, as described in paragraph (1), Columns 1 and
2:
| (a) |
Actual or Released value not exceeding $1.00 per pound, apply
95 percent of applicable class rates and/or 95 percent of the linehaul minimum charges,
whichever is greater. |
| (b) |
Actual or
Released value exceeding $1.00 per pound, but not exceeding $2.50
per pound, apply 97 percent of the applicable class rates and/or
97 percent of the linehaul minimum charges, whichever is greater. |
| (c) |
Actual or Released value exceeding $2.50 per pound, apply 125
percent of applicable class rates and/or 125 percent of the linehaul minimum charges,
whichever is greater, subject to Item 780,

If the consignor fails to declare an actual or released value at time of
shipments, the shipment will be subject to the lowest actual or released value provided in
Paragraph (3). |
| 5. |
Failure of the consignor to declare the commodity as "used"
shall not alter the application of this item. |
| 6. |
All shipments of used cylinders
previously containing Class 2.3 Poisonous Gases will be rated at class
150 rates, less any applicable discount. |
| Note 1 |
This item applies only on class rated and/or linehaul minimum
charge shipments but does not apply on commodities described in NMF 100 (Series) which are
currently subject to a specific actual or released value. |
| Note 2 |
This item will not apply on:
| (a) |
Used items which have been reconditioned and not further used
prior to shipment, nor on |
| (b) |
Commodities described as either "used; old; worn out;
scrap; or having value only for reclamation, salvage, reconditioning or
reconstruction" in NMF 100 Item(s) listed in Paragraph (1), Column 3: |

Exception classes to governing classification shown in this
item remove the application of such classification classes to extent indicated. |
| Note 4 |
When the shipper or shipper's agent fails to enter the actual
value or declare the released value of the property on the shipping order and bills of
lading at time of shipment, the shipment will be subject to the lowest actual or released
value shown herein and Yellow liability shall not exceed the lowest actual or released
value. In no case shall Yellow liability exceed the value as shown on shipping order or
bill of lading or invoice value, whichever is lower. Corrected
bills of lading will not be accepted which would add or change the released
or actual values. |
