PDF problems?
If you're having problems viewing PDF files on our site or if PDF files show up as blank, white
documents, here are some solutions:
-
Right-click on the link that opens the PDF
file. Select "Save As"; this will
allow you to choose where to save the file on your computer. After you've saved the file, you should
then be able to open it on your PC.
-
Open Adobe Reader and find "General Preferences" (usually under
"Preferences" under the "File" menu). Search for "Web Browser Integration" and
disable it.
Follow these instructions to mail a PDF document as an attachment.
Use the email button at the top of Adobe Reader version 7.0 to send
either a link to or an email attachment of a PDF.
For older versions of Adobe Reader:
-
When the document is
on your display, click the Save As icon on the left side
of the toolbar just above your document.

- In the Save As window, choose
a Folder and supply a File name for your document, then click
Save.
- Open your email program and click the icon or tab for
attaching a file. When prompted, identify the same Folder and File
name that you saved, select it, and send your email.
