City drivers and road drivers are covered by a labor contract. Our employees' base wages are highly competitive.
Additionally, other benefits significantly improve an employee's total compensation package.
New, full-time employees earn 85 percent of the current wage for the
first year, 90 percent for the second year, 95 percent for the third year
and 100 percent of the full base rate beginning on their third anniversary.
After your third anniversary, here's what you may expect to earn*.
